Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking please contact us immediately.

- Cancellations requested 14 days prior to the planned arrival - 100% refund.

- Cancellations requested 7 days prior to the planned arrival: 50% refund.

- Cancellations requested in less than 7 days prior to the planned arrival: No refund.

​Security deposit

A standard booking deposit of €100 will be included in your booking.

This value is irrespective of the length of your stay.

The deposit aims at covering possible caused damages  and/0r stolen items during your stay and/or extraordinary cleaning deemed necessary after your departure.

In case you loose the apartment keys, we will hold onto the deposit as well.

Damages to cutlery, table- and glassware and others due to normal utilization will not be charged. Nevertheless, please be kind and let us know of it so that we can replace missing items. 

The deposit is usually transferred back to you upon the check-out.

Keys pick up and delivery 

We will receive you at the apartment and personally deliver you the keys.

When your stay come to an end, please leave the keys inside the apartment (on the table).

Towels policy

We provide you both, bathroom towels and beach towels (colorful ones). The latter if you wish. Please do not interchange them, i.e. do not take the bathroom towels to the beach.

Smoking Policy
We have a non-smoking policy inside the apartment and in the balcony. Please be aware of the dry cliff and the danger of fire.

Pets policy

It is not allowed to bring your own pets to Casa Das Ondas.
